Postage and Packing Details We aim to keep our profit margins reasonable and our prices low. Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days with lighter parcels being sent by Royal Mail 1st class post and orders containing multiple or heavier items being sent either by Parcel Post or courier whichever we feel offers you the best service. If you require tracking for your order, please get in touch so that we can provide pricing for these services. Either way our maximum postage charge for UK delivery is £4.00 Overseas Orders We send orders across the world every week so just let us know what you would like to order at enquiry@positiveanimalsolutions.co.uk and we'll come back to you with details of postage costs and options. We don't charge any additional fees simply the actual cost of delivery. We use the Royal Mail Airmail service as standard. Collection We encourage collection if you're in the area, near the south side of the Humber Bridge and not far from Winterton showground if there for agility or obedience shows. We race with Bishop Burton Braniacs Flyball team so collection can be arranged at flyball tournaments held in the Yorkshire area and as of January 2009 we'll be back on the agility circuit so again collection can be made at selected shows. We try to offer a common sense service offering you the best books, dvds, toys and accesories at the best price, no fancy whistles or whizzy websites just good prices. And yes in answer to the many emails, our DVD's are the originals which have been imported from the distributors in the US we just apply a reasonable profit margin to give you a reasonable price!
