Katie's Bumpers are the original American Firehose dog toy and the number one choice for many dog trainers. Made from pre-consumer recycled fire hose, these toys are soft but durable. They float and because of their bright colours are easily seen by dogs on water, land and snow. Because firehose is waterproof, your Katie's Bumper toy will not go soggy. Just shake off when it comes out of the water.
All the toys are machine washable and designed for interactive play rather than chewing.

The "bungee" portion of this toy is a handle made from soft-touch nylon covering two pieces of shock cord. It is designed to act as a shock absorber
between you and the dog so that you'll be more comfortable while tugging and to provide exciting resistance to the dog

The Tango Bango is made of ballistic nylon. It has a polyfilled "bumper" on the bottom, a food pouch on the top that seals with Velcro, and a nylon handle. The bumper gives the toy just enough weight that it's easy to toss with accuracy when you want to throw your reward. It also gives you a nice way to make the transition to tugging with a dog that is food-motivated but not toy-motivated. The treats are close enough to the bumper/bite area to entice the dog, but because of the toy's design, the dog is more likely to want to grab onto the bumper than the treat pouch. The treat pouch of the Tango Bango is 3" square and the bumper is 5.5" long. Total length from the end of the handle to the end of the bumper is 20".
