No account is needed with paypal but this provides us with a secure medium through which to process card payments. If you prefer to pay by cheque or postal order, continue to add items to your cart and when ready to checkout click on the "view cart" button. Now just right click your mouse and "select all" followed by copy and paste the whole lot into an email to send to us at enquiry@positiveanimalsolutions.co.uk. Alternatively you can just send us an email with the details of the items required and we'll come back to you as soon as possible with postage and packaging costs. Please contact us for the address that Cheques and Postal Orders should be sent to. Cash is, of course, fine for collected orders. Returns Items can be returned to us at the buyers cost,provided they are in new condition within 14 days of dispatch, unused and in the original and undamaged packaging.We strongly suggest that you contact us for advice prior to returning an item. A refund will be made for the value of the goods less postage and packaging costs and any credit card transaction costs. Faulty items will be replaced like for like with return postage costs refunded in the format of the original payment. Please ensure that you let us know that an item is faulty within two weeks of receipt. If you cancel your order after entering your credit card details, any transaction charges incurred by us cannot be refunded.
